Classic Margarita Source
Ingredients
14.5 oz. Diced tomatoes
2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
4 clove Garlic (crushed)
1 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
3/4 tbsp. Sea Salt
1/4 tbsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Method
1. Pulse the garlic in the food processor until coarsely chopped, then add the olive oil, sugar, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and blend until combined well. Hand-crush the canned tomatoes and add the ingredients from the blender and mix well.
** If you are not going to hand-crush the tomatoes – add them into the blender with the rest of the ingredients after pulsing the garlic.
** Storing: Store for up to 1 week in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
** Freezing: Freeze for up to 3 months in a freezer safe container. Thaw simply by leaving it in the refrigerator overnight.
