Ingredients
2 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tbsp. Salt
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 cup Butter (room temperature)
1/2 cup Water (lukewarm)

Method
1. Preheat oven to 450°F
2. Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well until you have soft dough.
3. Remove the dough from the bowl onto a floured surface. 4. Roll the dough with a floured Pizza Royale French Rolling Pin to your preferred thickness. (¼ inch is recommended). 5. Transfer your rolled dough onto a Pizza Royale Pizza Peel which has been coated with cornmeal or flour and top with your choice of sauce and toppings from the ‘Toppings’ section of this book.
6. Following the instructions of ‘how to use your Pizza Royale Pizza Peel’ to place your pizza onto a baking stone for 8-10 minutes.
7. Remove, add toppings and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes (or until the base is crispy and the cheese is bubbling) rotating it halfway through the baking process
